Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This policy governs the acceptable use of all KMWEBSOFT services. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on all KMWEBSOFT services:

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• Launching DDoS, DoS, or flood attacks
• Hosting, distributing, or sharing illegal content
• Copyright infringement or piracy
• Port scanning or network intrusion without authorization
• Cryptocurrency mining that abuses shared resources
• Child exploitation material of any kind
• Phishing, fraud, or identity theft operations

Kali Linux / Security Tools

Kali Linux VPS is available for authorized security testing only. Use against systems you do not own or have written permission to test is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Resource Abuse

Excessive CPU, RAM, or bandwidth consumption that degrades service for other users is prohibited. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts causing resource abuse.

Reporting Abuse

To report abuse, submit a ticket at our support portal. We investigate all reports within 24 hours.
