This SLA defines the uptime guarantees and remedies for KMWEBSOFT hosting services.
KMWEBSOFT guarantees 99.9% network uptime for all hosting services, measured monthly. This equates to a maximum of approximately 43 minutes of downtime per month.
The following are excluded from uptime calculations: scheduled maintenance (with advance notice), DDoS attacks, client-side issues, force majeure events, and hardware failures beyond our control.
In the event of hardware failure, KMWEBSOFT will replace or repair hardware within 24 hours of confirmation. Associated downtime is excluded from SLA calculations.
For each 0.1% of availability below 99.9% (verified by our monitoring), we will credit 10% of that month's service fee. Maximum credit is 50% of monthly fees.
Submit a support ticket within the month following the downtime, including your server IP and downtime dates/times. Credits are applied to your next invoice.
