By using KMWEBSOFT services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

KMWEBSOFT provides dedicated servers, gaming servers, GPU servers, VPS hosting, internet radio hosting, radio reseller packs, and design services. Services are subject to availability and fair use policies.

2. Payment

All services are billed monthly unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period. Failure to pay within 7 days may result in service suspension.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time orders of internet radio hosting plans. Dedicated servers, GPU servers, game servers, VPS hosting, setup services, and custom design projects are non-refundable due to setup and provisioning costs. Refunds are not available after 30 days or for renewal payments.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services for illegal activities, spam, DDoS attacks, or activities that violate our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Violations result in immediate termination without refund.

5. Liability

KMWEBSOFT is not liable for data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid in the current billing month.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
